Pixels and Plaster Workshop does not provide refunds.
We carefully inspect all items prior to shipment and do our best to send out quality products. Returns are handled on a case by case basis and do not include buyers remorse or wrong sizes ordered by the customer.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Contact us at pixelsplaster@gmail with a photo.
Most other items including digital images, and fabricated items are generally custom made items and usually require direct contact with our designers. No refunds or returns are available. We are happy to answer any questions prior to purchase by contact at firstname.lastname@example.org
